Default Touristy type shops - t shirts, gifts etc

Are there any t shirt souvenir shops around The Villages? Some that have nice t-shirts or gifts? Thanks in advance

If you are looking for "The Villages" type souvenirs, try Banner Mercantile located in Sumter Landing and /or Brownwood town squares.

I'm not so sure--the last time we looked they had none--the same thing with the Flea Market at Marion. My guess is that The Villages exercised its extensive influence to limit the use of its brand to itself only.

I found the same thing. My sister-in-law was looking for some stuff a few weeks ago to take home to Calgary and I was surprised to find almost nothing in Walgreen's or CVS. We did find a kiosk in Wal-Mart with quite a bit of small stuff. No t-shirts however.

Doesn't Gucci, Nike, Coke, college and professional sports teams, etc etc etc protect their brand also ???

I agree, Banner Mercantile is great.
Walmart on CR466 often has Villages t-shirts, hats, etc. for quite a bit less.
