am sure you are aware that on a road with more than one lane, the left lane is a passing lane and the right lane is for thru traffic...why then, do you not obey the rule of the road?

Wrong, this is not an interstate. The left lane is also used to make left turns and to enter a roundabout properly. There are no minimum speeds required so you can go as slow as you want. Speed limit means maximum speed allowed.

Does the "reasonable man concept" and "common cutesy" ring a bell? Slower traffic should always use the right lane unless turning left, passing or entering a rounder. Mango
