Default Trailwinds 466A ?

Does anyone else think it's strange that no one is working there?
Was away for 6 weeks, they did install 3 signs...

Rumor has it they may be in discussions with The Villages. Just a rumor. Nothing substantiated at this point.

You are both wrong. Read this for the current status: ABC Liquors Coming To Trailwinds Village

Infrastructure is now done and they have turned it over to builders. Containment fences up now.

I agree, I saw new containment fences going up, and looks like early construction activity.

The Trailwind signage at the entrances reminds me of the old drive in movie signs......with what looks like changeable marquee.

That's just how they struck me when I saw them shortly after install. I am sure when the entrances are all done they will blend in.......

Drove by there today and saw the containment fence; the start of construction of the 1st building will happen pretty quick now; appears to be in about the middle part of Trailwinds.

Relax...let the show begin....plus the complaints from the " TAMARIND GROVE " area will be forth coming...and ongoing. The dust will be minor compared..... to >>> When it's completed ....the noise from the traffic, deliveries, etc. will be permanent. The dust complaints meanwhile will be a distant memory.

Meanwhile the huge and approved parcel for development to the West of Trailwinds has " Sale Pending " signs posted.....Stay Tuned and fasten your seatbelt...it's soon to be " Show Time "

I have been in marketing for 40 years which means I have made a lot of mistakes over the years. But I also know logos. The Tradewinds logo is horrible. Needs minimalization, definition, more style and some color. If they used a fancy logo-creation consultant, they got ripped off.

Because of some diligent good neighbors (to include Champion 6) , those of us who live in Tamarind Grove have a pretty good idea of what is happening on the Trailwinds project. We are comfortable with the process, and (sorry to disappoint you) will probably not whine and complain.

Yes, agree. Especially since a lot of us in TG are happy that TV did not buy and develop there, as they were going to cut through our beautiful postal center/pool with the only golf cart access to that area.

I am still working in marketing for an international company and I agree with the other post about the Trailwinds logo - it is a disaster. WAY too busy. no color, the stylized "blowing leaves" show no motion, and it just looks like a mess. They should change it now while they still have the chance.
