I think they can coexist, I am very fond of them both and happy they will be near me.

They are two different types of food. First Watch is healthy fare. I do like my Darrel’s though.

I loooooooooooove First Watch, but I don't think it's particularly healthy food. Check out their menu, especially the calorie counts. You could do most of your 2000 calorie per day in one sitting.


What I like about FW are the many different options you don't get at your everyday diner breakfast. It's an occasional treat for us, but then, going out to breakfast is an occasional treat for us, so we like to go somewhere that has more creative dishes.


If they come to Trailwinds, we would probably go once a month.

There is one in the Boca Raton area in South Fla. also in very high traffic area.
