Default Transfer Super 8's and tapes to DVD's

Has anyone transferred their old super 8 movies and tapes to DVD's? I'm looking for someone to do this for me, but don't know where to begin. Many are movies my father took when he was young. Thanks.

We had over two miles of film put on DVD up in New York. There is a company in Belleview that does this kind of stuff. I don't remember their name, I wish they were advertisers here on the board. I'm sure there are tons of people here who would want similar work done.
