Default Trekkies

So just saw that the new StarTrek series Discovery (ok it was new in 2017) will be starting season 1 on CBS tomorrow night. Curious, is there an underground Trekkie group in The Villages...and should there be? Does anyone here sneak off to comic coms or to the Star Trek conventions?

It is a very good series. Bought two of the Seasons on DVD.

I have run into a lot more fans of British TV here in the Villages rather than those of Star Trek.

Wondering how many of the shows will actually be aired on CBS.

Will be setting our DVR to record it.

I have several unopened bottles of Romulan Ale (from Quarks, vintage ~2011), mint condition, let me know if there is any interest. Ebay has on sale for $50/bottle and $350 for a 6 pack.

That is a great deal at twice the price.
