McLin Burnsed has been around since I was a kid ( not in the villages but in Leesburg) My dad was an attorney there and Shannon McLin lives in TV currently, though she is not an attorney at this firm, she is an attorney in Orlando. It’s a simple process and I’m sure any of the mentioned will be great.

jrandall...I used Joseph Pippen, Jr & Co. of Fruitland Park for my trust. $695 includes trust, living will, power of attorney, quick claim deed, and will. 352-241-8760. Patrick Smith was the attorney. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Susan Sullivan is excellent. She only does Wills and Trusts. She has been in TV for over 20 years. We have used her for the last 15 years. Her office is on 466 just east of 301.

Susan Sullivan is
Probably less known because she does not advertise. But she is excellent and charges reasonably.
She also referred one friend with very complex trust issues (lots of money, businesses and previous family trusts) to another lawyer and explained that they needed a trust lawyer who handled the more complicated issues.
She has updated our trust multiple times over the years and reasonably low cost.
Great person and very competent.

We're VERY happy with McLinn Burnsed. Great job and very patient in explaining all the issues. We are both previously married with two houselods to combine. Not easy but we got it done at a reasonable cost.

I used Millhorn and Shanaway, and was very pleased. Sham
was courteous and efficient. I informed him how I wanted
things divided, and that is what he did.
