...all of this advice and rules and guidelines and pictures and graphs are great.

EXCEPT if you are entering the roundabout at Paige Place/Camino Real and Morse Blvd, and exiting into the ONE-lane exit on Paige Place. No matter where you entered that roundabout, whether you were on the inside lane or the outside lane, you will exit into ONE lane. Both lanes exit to one lane.

You take your chances there. Double points if a golf cart is crossing in his right-of-way by the time you get halfway around toward that exit.

I agree it is not well designed. But at the same time, it is not a problem as long as you don't drive alongside another vehicle.

You definitely need to signal and make intentions known on that junction, or as stated above, do not be alongside another vehicle.
The right turn from Morse or straight on from El Camino is not a problem if using r/h lane.
From Page, a lane change has to be made, which is not good, or even worse, a left turn (third exit) using right hand lane all way from Page.
Powers that be slipped up on that roundabout!

The powers to be must have realized this many years ago, wonder why noone ever developed and implemented a fix?

That is the rule I live by when navigating RABs. I do not drive next to another vehicle. I like it better that way.

But you must first enter the roundabout before making the 3rd exit. You have to turn your steering wheel to the RIGHT to enter the roundabout.

I don't trust turn signals. But I do take them as a warning the driver may make some unexpected maneuver. I also use my signals to indicate my intention once in the rab.

Same thing at Buena Vista and 44A. Only one outside exit lane to go East, but the sign says to use the inner lane which does not go East.

Signal your exit so other cars waiting to enter the RAB know you won't be continuing around.

LOL. That is the point I have made. DO NOT TRUST a turn signal in the RABs. It is like watching a golf cart travel on a long straight away with a turn signal on. The driver has no clue the signal is on because he/she forgot to cancel it.
