Found it. 2017 Article in "the other news": Villagers who have been waiting to have horses on their property or fresh eggs for breakfast had their wish come true. This guy we saw coming out of the drive-up at Chick-Fil-A must be one of the owners.
They are right around the corner from me. 4 of 7 lots are built and 2 of the houses are for sale I believe. The house closest to the cart path has 3 horses that are generally out. These are next door the the new First Responders rec center.

This won't happen. Then it would not be golf cart accessible which is what The Villages is all about.

I tend to doubt it too. But never say never. The developer has a way of overcoming obstacles.
