The Villages website says their Emilio Noble worked for Affinity Healthcare in NY. Unless there's duplicate Emilio Noble's running around the healthcare business, they're the same guy.

Note that the charges were an accusation, not proof of wrongdoing. Unless there were strong political connections(common in NY), the fact that a plea bargain was struck usually means that the case was not that strong. As in IRS tax challenges, the fact that you pay out after an audit does not mean that you are a criminal--just that your interpretations of vague rules was not accepted.

An accusation and then an admission of guilt, conviction & then punishment. That's as far as it goes in the American Judicial System.

Justice will be served. These bills will be paid by whomever gleaned payouts from TVHN. As soon as the court proceedings get officially under way we will see moves by United Healthcare and others to secure funds by freezing assets.

Again, freeze WHAT assets??? The remaining assets that would be used to pay part of TVH debt? In other words, screw the creditors?

True...I can't see where the funds are going to come from just from the over payment amount plus penalties will be owed and no way to raise that money.
