Your realtor (outside of the villages) can sell you anything that is listed by other companies--not The Villages.

Salespeople working for The Villages will only talk with you about new or resales that are listed by The Villages.

It appears to me that you have all of the bases covered; however, each realtor can not cross into the other's listings. This is unusual in other parts of the country--but unique to the villages.
