Negative. The Word Family and Barclay Group are partners.

I have been told by Shooter's World personnel that Shooter's World's contract with TV reserves the right to announce their new store to TV. Which is why Shooter's World has not made a public announcement. Thus, the new store is most likely on TV property. The site you refer to on 466a is not, I suspect there is more than one range planned. :MOJE_whot:

Everyone on here Guesses their Opinion and has not real information. What is the point?

New Shooting Range

Tradewinds Is, I Think Not Golf Cart Accessible, Because It Is In A Non Villages development. Maybe I'm Wrong.

In Reference To The New Shooting Range. Tradewinds, I Think, Is Not Golf Cart Accessible, Because No Trail Is On The North Side Of 466A At That Location.

tradewinds is not a village project and from what I heard will not be cart accessible and I don't think the shooting range will be shooters world some one else appied

Agreed. There's no way our Developer will agree to easy access to the retail stores that will be located in the new Wildwood-owned development that would compete with all his own shopping centers.

I don't think he should make it easy for a competitor developer to compete with his own retail developments. I know I wouldn't.

So no one really knows yet? Why post this if you don't know for sure?

The Eustis Gun Club is the best around and much more affordable.

Eustis Gun Club, Inc. - Home

I went to the Eustis Gun Club range as a guest in July of 2012, myself and two members to fire pistols. We had one of those pistol berms to ourselves. We pretty much did as we wanted since no one else was shooting, a little limited on distance, I think it was 25 yards. Then we went to the 100 yard range and watched some rifle shooters. Nice range, everyone was friendly, one person even let my shoot his AR style 22 rifle and I ended up buying one similar.

I didn't join for a couple of reasons. I think to join it would of cost about $200 the first year and then about $175 every year after that, which I didn't think I would probably go more than 2 or 3 times a year. It's also not like it right here on 466A, it was a good 40 minute drive each way. Lastly, the entrance road was close to 1/2 mile long dirt road. This was the summer and the road was muddy as hell, I would have to wash my car everytime I went to this place. I would think with 1500 members each paying $175 they could afford to pave that road. Maybe they have since then, I don't know. That's what I thought in 2012 and for now, I can't wait for one of these two new places to open here in TV.

When shooters world opens--no reason to go to Eustis--or any other range in the area--it will be the gold standard--world class
