Default Has anyone ever used Black Tie Realty for property management and rentals?

My wife and I are looking for a reputable property manager to rent our home until we can move down there in about 5 years.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, saw that you had asked a similar question previously, so guessing you really want to go the property management route.

yes we do
I saw Vila Hinkle's name mentioned on here many times as someone who is very good, but after speaking with her found out she no longer manages properties for rent. She did however recommend a lady named Kara Cox, from Black Tie Realty.

Have you ever heard of Kara Cox, or know anything about Black Tie Realty?

Thanks!

I haven't but if Vilas recommended her, that speaks volumes to me. Vilas is one of the most honest and ethical people I've ever met, so if she says Kara is good, I'd quit looking.
