Since so many are ditching T&D, just thought I'd let you know that because of your recommendations, Tri County is no longer taking new customers (he said call back in a few months in case they are able to hire more help). They were flooded with requests when the mass exodus started taking place.
I went with Trident and I'm impressed. The owner is a former Navy Seal and their price is the same that I was paying with T&D ($140 for pool and spa).
