Exclamation Updated Flood-Prone Maps

With the recent heavy rains/floods in Georgia, I recall seeing TOTV discussions regarding flood insurance. I want to share with everyone that FEMA is updating maps identifying flood-prone areas. As you know, your typical homeowners insurance policy won't cover flooding. To find the maps, go go: http://www.floodsmart.gov

Look for the pink box at the top/center of the main page to link to the maps. Since I'm not yet living in TV, I haven't looked to see if the FL/Sumter County maps are updated yet. I just want you all to protect yourselves and thought this info would be useful.
