There certainly are plenty of jobs out there.
I honestly don't care what they do, just that their store blows Michael's and Jo Ann's out of the water. Seriously....Hobby Lobby is a cross between those two stores, Marshall's Home Goods and the Party Store.
JUST AWESOME in every way!!!!!!! I'm so glad to hear they are coming to heart of The Villages on 466.

Hobby Lobby is a great store. I would prefer to shop there over Michael's or JoAnn. They have products for all seasons and holidays. Isn't it remarkable that people who don't shop there would know what they sell or don't sell?
I love how women get in a panic and think that an employer should be forced to pay for abortion pills no matter their philosophy or beliefs. Or who believe that men get treated like kings with benefits while women don't get treated like queens. Or that a part-time employee would expect to get full-time benefits or pay. Or that insurance should be paid by the employer instead of the employee, especially for a part-time employee. Or that people who have never purchased antiquities would know how it is done.
I'll guarantee you that everyone of the people here and anywhere else that gripe about Hobby Lobby knew the facts and truths about all of the owners of the companies from whom they buy their goods, they'd have to refrain from buying about anything from any company. Maybe some things don't count - like business owners who cheat on their spouse (that's okay, right), how about those who cheat on their taxes (another big one), what about those who have affairs with their subordinates (kind of goes with cheating on their spouse), what about the ones who force their employees to work without breaks of any kind during an 8+ hour shift. I can continue. I guess all of those things are okay - just as long as they get that abortion pill.
I wish I had the time to look up and investigate everyone's favorite place to shop (for anything), favorite place to eat, favorite place to go for entertainment, etc. just to show them how imperfect everyone is, how many skeletons they have in their closets, how many skeletons those people who complain about businesses like Hobby Lobby and Chick-Fil-A have, but alas, I don't. Now if you pay me a reasonable salary, provide me with top-of-the-line health insurance, fund a 401K for me, and only require that I work 10-20 hours per week up to the time I make $17,000 a year, I'll do i5. We'll see how much people truly appreciate all of those favorite businesses of theirs!
