Have him report to Attorney General Pam Bondi. She is prosecuting all price gougers. Shame on these people.

Put clear tape in x patterns on the glass surface. Better than nothing.

Tape on your windows doesn't do anything unfortunately.

Call Lowes and Home Depot.....it's getting too late in the game to put this stuff up. The sheets are heavy and with the wind starting to blow it makes it very difficult to handle. Good luck...

On Thursday evening...we went to Home Depot and bought the maximum we could buy....14 sheets for somewhere between $18/19 a sheet. They even cut it for us! Bless Them!!

We were told to put mattresses against patio doors or windows if possible and heavy furniture against them.

Don't forget about Sparr on 44 across from Grand Traverse. They are a smaller but well-stocked store with knowledgeable people.

He should make a copy of his receipt and report the company that sold it to him.
If he doesn't -- shame on him!

Tape Your Windows? NO, No, no!

Tape isn't better than nothing.
That is old school and not done any longer because it never really worked.
Then you try to get the tape off your windows. Forget it. What a mess!

Another old wives tale to to open two windows slightly in front and back, so your roof doesn't blow off.
That's one sure way to help your roof go bye-bye.
With the roof straps today, it's safe to say your roof is probably in good shape for wind storms.
