Default LOST CAT south of 466A returned home this morning

Marsha and John Dew's cat, GIA, went missing on Monday, March 9, in the Village of Charlotte. Gia is an older, friendly, indoor cat with no claws on her front paws. Please call 231-409-2522 or 352-693-3899 if you have seen her. She is loved and missed terribly.
(See post below for photo of Gia and her dog sister, who had a good talk with Gia about staying at home.)

Try placing a can of tuna (in oil) in the garage with the door slightly open. Also, make sure the neighbors all know and keep an eye out for Kitty. Try walking around the neighborhood with the cat's treats and calling its name.

Hope this helps.

Any update on Gia? Has she been found yet?

Sadly, Gia has not been found. All the neighbors are on the lookout. John and Marsha have had her for 11 years, so they are heartbroken. Thank you for asking.

P.S. Gia's tail has a white tip.

Since Charlotte has many streets, I decided to look up a more specific location. The missing cat lived on YARBOROUGH WAY. May be a helpful to those keeping an eye out.

John Dew went outside and Gia the cat had returned home. Her dog sister, Misty, gave her a real talking to; clearly, more than John and Marsha had missed Gia. If only cats could talk!

Thank you to all those who responded and those who simply cared about this missing feline.

I just love a happy ending. Happy for the family. I know I was keeping my eye out for Gia, as I have been working in Lauren Villas all week.
