Anywhere near Sumter Landing. Access to other villages will be 30 minutes at most.

I just heard a couple of folks complain that at night you cannot sit on your lanai because it's too loud from the square. Now, they are concrrmed about proposed apartments thst will impact their homes.

Default The village with the best location

Definitely Collier. There's a cut through for golf carts that leads to Eisenhower, and you can get to Brownwood within minutes.

Since it’s said most move 2-3 times, ease of resale may factor in.

I am so glad I chose to meet the neighbors prior to buying, since homes are so close I advise talking to those ( pool is a great way to learn about the area ) that live on the block you are looking at. A bad neighbor or two can make the best location feel like the worst. I know more who have changed villages do to bad neighbors then any other reason .

It seems like you may hear the LSL square music from there. If so, I wouldn't love it.

We just moved to Bradford from St. James and really, really like it here. To each their own.

Anything off either Pinellas Place or Hillsboro Trail, between Buena Vista and Morse. Plenty of rec centers, all three types of pools and convenient to the three existing town squares as well as the full gamut of retail. And we couldn't find anything that we liked so we ended up somewhere else.

I am reading the original post as a question about your "dream location". We love our home down south, and everything about it. But my dream location, like one other respondent, is the cottages in Lake Sumter. (I like this post - fun to dream)

Default Ohiobuckeye,

You're right Lottoguy, everybody will probably say the Village they live in or they wouldn't be living there. All TV area's are good! It just depends on how far do you want to live from intertainment, grocery stores or things you like to do!
