We will close on our new home in Pennecamp March 26th and looking for other people moving into the area.

Welcome to TV!
The wife nad I where riding in the golf cart two weeks ago in Pennecamp and could not believe all the construction going on there. They where pouring a ton on CYVs. Also had put the neighborhood otside boundry wall up for some new areas also. Army Guy

Pennecamp
Closed on our Home Dec. 17th in Pennecamp. Have been down for three weeks in Jan. and will be there again Feb 11th. Our home is on Ashwood Run.We were one of the first houses on Ashwood and now there are MANY!!!!!

My wife and I live in Boca Raton, Florida. That about four hours south of The Villages. We put a deposit on one of the lots backing to the Lake Miona Golf course.
We are still working so we won't be closing on the house until this time next year. Sure wish it was tomorrow. |

Forgot to mention in my last post that the lot is in Pennecamp on Pennecamp Drive.
Is anyone else buying a single family lot? With the back facing the Lake Miona Golf Course? |

We're starting to build in Pennecamp in March!! Just sold our house and will be closing soon. Where are you located? We'll be on Lake ridge Drive if that means anything!! I don't know any of the street names there. We're building a premier. Look forward to hearing from you.

If you are coming from St.Charles Place on Pennecamp and go past Lake Ridge Drive, we are on Pennecamp Drive just past the pond/lake. Not far at all. Hope to see you some day. guywin |

We'll be up next week picking out our interior decor!! We'll check out where you are. We're in a pie shaped lot that backs up to the cement fence because we have dogs. It gives us a little bit more yard and a little more happiness for our pets. Would have loved a golf course lot but that's the price we pay!! Can't wait to be in the neighborhood.
