Be advised that upon your " return reactivate " your present package bundle with Comcast may not be available to you again at that time. We were all set to put Comcast to sleep last week until yet another customer service representative informed us of that news flash. We signed onto Comcast with our new home in Dunedin in August of 2014. Since that time frame we have had verbal phone altercations at least once a month regarding their unethical standard of service to say the least ! Our so called $39.99 startup bundle for new customers for one year has NEVER been under $128.00 a month for their so called basic package. The lies that come out those people mouths are incredible. Then, they actually have the audacity to get indignant with you on the phone when you ask them to itemize the astronomical bill they just sent you to pay. Buyer Beware with Comcast !
