We've put a hold on Lot #116 in Unit 177 in Sanibel - We're so excited!!!! Now if that "one person" would just fall in love with our house in NC, we can move forward. Did I mention that we're so excited!!!!!

Teresa and I enjoyed lunch with Tom. Let us know when your in town next for us to get together. Teresa was schooled to be a teacher but had a career in the insurance business as I did.

Our house is moving along quick this week. Roof on and some windows and all framing inside is done. Shingles, rest of windows and sheet rock should be next.

We also purchased in Section 177 (Lot #93 on Rain Lily Loop) -- same Section as mbikowski and billds567. This is the third Sanibel section (it opened July 15). We plan to wait the full year before we build!

We too have just purchased a lot in Sanibel--Pickett Road. We meet with the designers in Sept. to begin building. We're IL people also. For awhile will be snowbirds.

We checked out the neighborhood today. It's really unbelievable how fast the houses are going up. The drywall guys were working in our house and a few of them were wearing stilts.

Hello All. I've been stalking here for a long time but I think it's time for my first post. I hope I'm doing this right. We put our lot on reserve in Sanibel and now we're just waiting until our house here in Dallas, PA sells. Our lot is right next to the Bonifay Country Club (Lot 33) on Twisted Oak Way. We're so excited we can hardly wait to get there and meet you all.
