we sent our deposit in today -- will be closing in TV on January 11 and moving in on the 12th, the day BEFoRE closing on our present house in Miami -- hope everything goes all right with that!

Can't wait to meet everyone -- is anyone else on Vanilla Leaf Place?

Just got our Comcast service connected (2 hours ago) in our new home in the Village of Sanibel. After everything that is being said about Comcast, I felt compelled to post this entry.

It was probably the best experience that I ever had with a cable service group. The service tech, (Dave Austin), was very professional, knowledgeble, and efficient in getting us set up.

No problems whatsoever! Everything is working great, as promised.

Just felt that some positive words need to be said.

Pete

We will have to do it a few times a year with all the new neighbors moving in. I know they would all want to join the party! We will be in by the first of the year. What about you?

I guess we will be moving about the same time!!! I see that you are coming up from Miami. We are in North Port until the house is built. We will be up to see if they started on our dirt on Thurs. of this week.
