They opened section 198 in Fernandina the first week of Nov. Anyone out there who bought on this section? Why isn't this section listed on the Villages Homepage.

Our sales agent called and e=mailed us the layout of lots in the designer section of Fernandina the first week of Nov. We bought one on the first cul de sac on Killington Loop. I also wonder why these lots aren't showing up for sale. The premier lots are there but not the designer lots. We didn't really buy sight unseen. We were there in October looking around and back again after Thanksgiving to see what we bought.

We bought a lot on McArthur Ct. the first week of Nov. Just odd that all the other sections are on the website except this one. They even have section 196 on there and it only opened last week!

I wonder if they are waiting for another Designer section in Fernandina to open before they put it on the website. When are you going to build?
