Picked up our mail at Sanibel this afternoon. Our neighborhood is growing so fast.

We will be down in late September for a week to start the process of building on Alee Lane. Looking forward to touring the streets to check things out.

We will be sending photos back to everyone.

On another matter.........did I read something about a Sanibel opening BBQ.

Anyone have info on that

Are you talking about a BBQ restaurant? I think there's one in the shopping plaza next to Sanibel.

We are flying down on Sept. 28th and closing on our house on Alwick Way on Sept. 29th. That would be great to meet everyone.

Welcome to Sanibel! We secured a lot in Sanibel and will be down in December to start the process of building!!! I'm nervous and excited. I've already gotten acquainted with many of my neighbors and they are AWESOME!!!!

On Thursday, Sept. 29, the Sanibel Neighborhood will have a Grand Opening Cookout at the Recreation Center. It starts at 10am and is free.

What timing!!!! We do our walk-thru and close on the morning of the 29th. We will be at the cookout as soon as we finish and get the keys to our new home. Can't wait to meet everyone. Jim and Patti

We closed July 22nd on our home on Bradford Loop in Sanibel..also from IL

We bought lot#33 on Raven Croft Terrace as soon the it was released to buy. We are planning to start building after our house closes in Pa.on Oct. 17.
No more snow!!!!!
The first thing that went out in the garbage was the snow shovel!!!
Can wait to meet all our new neighbors!!!

We are going to leave a snow blower and snow shovel for whoever buys our house. We are coming down to be frogs in the Spring. I'll use them one more year but then take a pic of them so I have something to laugh at every winter. Congrats
