I visited the hood last week.... When we picked out our lot there were only a couple of slabs! NOW!!!!! it's grown so much I hardly knew it!

I hung around for awhile but I don't think anyone is living on my street yet as I didn't see anyone!

Welcome to Sanibel! We bought a lot on Evesborough Way as soon as the area was open because we want a 2 car and golf car garage and room for a pool with screen behind the house.

Our realestate agent said there are not very many lots wide enough for a designer home and the golf car garage added on. I don't understand it either. I can't wait to build......the back of our lot faces a retention pond and Morse Avenue is beyond that. I went at sunset and it was very pretty.

We are on the left side of Raven Croft just before the cul-del-sac. The house is under way, roof is on. A villa wall is behind us.
We are building a Begonia with a stretch lanai.

Wayne & I will be up visiting this Tues. We are staying in North port, Fl. until the house is done. 12/29.

Can't wait to meet all the neighbors!!!

Donna & Wayne

Hi SkyC6. My husband and I bought a lot about 7 weeks ago in Sanibel! We will start building in April for a move date of June. We are in on Hemingway on the golf course and are probably building a Gardenia. Still want to look at the homes once more to be sure that this model is the right one for us. We are very excited! We live in Upstate NY.

Welcome to Sanibel, Happinow! Do you mean you are living in Hemingway now? Looking forward to meeting you when you come. We are on Bradford Loop.

Hey-mbikowski--Very close friends of ours are from NY. She is from Binghamton. Her last name was Kelly before she married. Small world!

Be patient Helen, not everyone is on TOTV. I keep calling out for my new neighbors on Raven Croft and no one answers.

Any Yarborough Way-ites on board yet?? Just bought 20% of Lot 48 (backs up to Evesborough Path cul de sac). Closing is set for Jan 27, 2012 so I guess I'll have to thaw out just one more time....

Here's a link to an updated Sanibel map that I use. Thought it might be useful to others.
