Maintaining a list of all neighbors take a bit of effort. I live in Sanibel Unit-175 and had a prejudice knowing everyone in my immediate neighborhood. I thought that someone from each unit would take up the challenge to put together a list for their unit. Unit-175 has 198 homes by itself. That's a lot of info to research and maintain.

Sanibel has 4 Designer units (175,176,177, and 178) and 1 Cottage/Designer unit (197) with 2 Villas (Megan Villas Unit-949, and Paige Villas Unit-950).

Each unit is integral in determining its bond assessment, i.e. (Infrastructure Cost)/(No. of Homes in Unit).

I will make an initial attempt to put together a list for each unit, but would like input from fellow TOTV members for corrections or ommisions.

Give me a day, or so.

I'm in unit 197, at 811 Fenwick Loop. The home site backs up to the pond. What other info would you need ?

Smile Sanibel Want a Bees

I am new to this, so bare with me...My husband and I purchased lot #131 in the 175 neighborhood of Sanibel on Bradford Loop in May of this year.
We are trying to sell our townhome, so we can start building an Iris. We are both so excited. Can't wait to make new friends in TV and learn to play golf better than I do right now!!!!

Default Updated neighborhood list of all units in sanibel...

By popular request, I took a try at filling in the info on the other units in Sanibel, beyond my unit (175).

I will try to maintain the list for all units, but would appreciate any input that anyone has that would make that task easier. All information contained in the list was obtained from publicly available records, or supplied by the homeowners themselves.

Checkout the composite list at:

Pete, I now understand the amount of work that would be involved in keeping track of all of the units. If I were you, I'd probably keep track of just my unit as well. We have to give you a break....don't worry about unit 176! Maybe someone else who lives there will take on the task. If I lived there already I'd take it on! Thanks for your help..

Pete

Just wanted to let you know we are moving to 2882 Rain Lilly Loop, expecting to close on January 31. Leaving the cold weather of Michigan. I just started to read your thread and appreciate all your work. Let me know if you need anything else from us.

Thanks,
Eileen & Forrest Manley

Dear Pete,
This is very helpful to all of us. But I know it takes time and effort, so if it gets to be too much to maintain units beyond yours, we'll all understand. Looking forward to disengaging from full time+ work here and relocating to TV in 2012.
Much appreciation,

Dear JFMajer, we live in Sanibel on Rain Lily Loop since Oct. My husband and I love it here
What street are you on? There are so many things happening around the village. There are at least a hundred houses under construction that we can see from our house.

Hi, my husband and I have a lot on French Oak Drive....just waiting for our house here to sell. Had a showing yesterday, the couple loved the house, but didn't think it was possible to build in the back...and we're scratching our heads wondering if they were looking at the same backyard as we've looked at for 11 years now. It's funny isn't it what other people see? Anyway, looking forward to meeting you, as we're only a street away...I'm sure the neighborhood looks a lot different from when we were there in August!!! What home did you build? We're hoping to build the Cedar; loved the floorplan immediately!

Hi, Zoomie --

Yes, but the last time I was in a bathing suit was eight years and ten pounds ago!
