I like the Cedar better but the living room area is so tight and right on top of the kitchen. I also like the Begonia too. So as you can see I have not made up my mind on which model to get. I do like the location and the fact that I have the privacy wall behind us. They say location location is the way to go.

We are 3163 and Denise is 3109. We have a Begonia! We only had room to stretch the lanai or add a closet in the den. We chose the lanai. We couldn't do the sides. Oh well! Each model has it pros and cons.

Last May we put an option on a lot in unit#175 Sanibel. Our townhome in NC has not sold yet, but we are optimistic and anxious to get to sunny Fla. and meet all our new neighbors.

Gee, I think this list contains a little too much personal info.

So far as I can see, this is all public information.

I agree that this information can be found on the Internet if someone wanted to take the time to investigate the various resources and pull it all together.

HOWEVER

I would not want someone to publish my full name, address, age, age of my spouse, and price I paid for my home compiled in a neighborhood directory.

This is a posting of a "neighborhood directory" in a public place.

Default Accurate???

Not all the info on the list is accurate, but I don't mind the age mistake since it makes me appear younger....at least on paper.

We left the snow blower and shovels behind for the buyer in VA 1/30/12. We are in TV renting a CYV in Hadley. They start building our home in Sanibel Unit 177, lot 180, Monday, 2/13. Yeah! and it is my birthday too! We close 4/11 just 3 days after hubby's birthday. Spooky. The design process was a dream. Can't wait for the Captiva Potluck on 2/29 to meet new neighbors. JC
