We also bought a lot in Sanibel and plan to build this fall. We are from Wisconsin and have been visiting TV for a few years. Waiting to retire and be there permanantly in two years. We were lucky to sell our home here and are renting a condo till we can relocate to TV. I'm so excited and ready to move as soon as we can! Until retirement we will have to settle for just long vacations and weekend whenever we can get away.

Welcome! We just closed on our home in Sanibel on Jan 31 and are settling in nicely. Everyone here is very nice and the neighborhood is shaping up. New home popping up everywhere. Good luck in your new venture.

I think we will be building the Aspen. (Although, I have changed my mind 3x since we bought the lot in July, and although I continue to look at all the models constantly, I still go back to the Aspen.)

Hi Lee. We will be neighbors. We are on lot 7, unit 178. We close on the 14th of March. Don't know when we will move in but we hope it's very soon.

My hubby and I are building the house on the corner of Kent Lane ( 735). We close on April 18 and cant wait to get there and meet everyone. Briefly met our next door neighbors and they were great.
