Congratulations Kathy and Jack -- less than 2 months to your closing (settlement) date. Whoo Hoo!

We bought Sanibel Lot 40 in late June. Can't wait to get started building, but job obligations in Texas probably mean not until late spring of 2012. Will be a great neighborhood with great neighbors.

It looks like the Village of Sanibel is going to be full of great neighbors! Can't wait to meet everyone.

Received pictures a couple of days ago. The concrete floor has been poured. Can't wait to get pics next week. We are on lot 141 on Alwick Way. Will be closing on Sept. 29th. Can't wait to move and meet all the neighbors. Jim and Patti

Bill, Would that be Lot#40 on the corner of Wellesly and Keller? Not sure if you are in Sanibel or Sanibel 2? In any case-Welcome. We probably won't be there before Spring of 2012, either...but we will be there!

We are new to Sanibel also. We purchased a lot on Silk Tree terrace Lot number 80 in the culde sac, near the CC. We also have a home in Virginia that is up for sale before we start to build.

Oh, I'm too new to know there was more than one. Our Sanibel is just below 466A. It's just into the cul-de-sac called Bernay Court.

Here's the link to the Villages site for it:
http://www.thevillages.com/newslette...60&auth=103230

At the top are three cul-de-sacs on the north side by the golf course. Ours is the center cul de sac.

Thanks for helping me realize there is more than one.

Hey Bill and Mike, and welcome to TV! Me any my GaPeach have a house almost complete on Baker Ln in the first section. From what you describe you are building in the Second section of The Village of Sanibel. The first section opened in May and the second shortly after. It's all Sanibel and the best part is that it is all The Villages. Welcome and hope to see you around the neighborhood! Ernie and Joan

Hello and Welcome to bill, Bill Congo, and Mike! I agree with GaDawg that you guys are in the 2nd section of Sanibel, but that's just a hop, skip and a jump down the road! We will be there just as soon as we can to join you all and look forward to meeting all of you!!
Bill Congo--Our lot is in the same location by Fort Walton golf course--you are just a few holes further down!

Skyc6

Thanks for the welcome. I guess we are in the 2nd section. All I know is that I am about 150 yards diagonally from the CC. (Section 177?) I will look at the Map of Lots tonight to get a better fix. Look forward to meeting all of you.
