Their prices are very competitive and you will eliminate the greedy dealer salesmen. Most dealerships have online or internet buying services and you can compare 3 or 4 dealerships and negotiate without ever leaving your home.

This is what I have done with great results since I tend to buy highly sought vehicles.

While some here are making fun of me, allow me to suggest the following @ 10:28:15 hours
$MRIN Short 3.21 to 2.80
$SCKT short 3.55, then over extended
SPY short into closing
$BVXV - dead cat bounce WAY oversold
Need to make some extra cash to cover the additional fee's charged to villagers.
Later

Went to Kia of Orlando. They charged me $200 less than their original quote which was already considerably less than the Kia dealer in Leesburg.

What ever happened to Caveat Emptor? I always shop around.

A Basic Rule

You can read all the books available on "Negotiating" BUT there is one basic rule to win and that is "the one that acts the craziest wins". That is advice from a person who was the chief negotiator for a major 500 Corporation and negotiated multi million dollar contracts!:ho:

We are somewhat a cornered marked for them and with a lot of struggling people living in the general area I can see that. Some pay for the convenience.

excellent point. it's habit to shop for best prices, but if you need something quick & haven't got the time, those stores can be a godsend

They did not turn stupid once they arrived.

Speaking of stupid, thinking otherwise.

That's why I snag the Open House Signs. When my day comes to sell the Love Shack total advertising budget is zero. If anyone touches my signs that I've accumulated I'll put their lights out!!! :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

Everybody says didn't you read the terms and rules before you bought your house? Listen closely now. I was given the rules about an hour after the closing which was in Lady Lake. The rules appeared at The Villages Office on Main St. in Spanish Springs. Fortunately for us, we are not too uptight about rules in the Hysterical Section. You wanna put up a sign over here it's just fine. Live & Let Live. Lighten up. It's not the end of the world.

I hope the OP gets their signs back with an apology from the dope who :boxing2: grabbed it. I don't have them. It was only a joke.

This is a breeding ground for criminal activity. Be aware at all times of everybody.

Not sure I would call it "ripping off" but maybe "taking advantage." There are some people out there where "money is no object, convenience is." I wish I was there but not. That's why they sell homes for $1.8 million bucks or cars for $110,000. You think most of those folks care about $1500 more for a car or $10,000 more for a pool? One has to be an "educated consumer" **IF** they care. If they don't care, all the power to them.
