Why are there 4 or 5 villas for sale on Evergreen Court in the Greenbriar Villas? Is there a problem with the structure or HVAC or something else?

Default Greenbriar Villas
They are in the Village of Briar Meadow South. After checking today's paper, there are multiple villas for sale in that area but 4 or 5 on the same street. Just wondering why.

Older area in TV? Maybe were rentals or folks had Life-Changes. Not so strange in neighborhoods that are older.
