The triad lover can't show numbers because he has no clue, certainly no business ownership or development experience. He is a Developer hater, drank the KoolAid and will eventually learn the truth and will wonder what happened. Then will go quiet, maybe move......now where is that ignore button.

Ha Ha the developer just threw GWN and the other cheerleaders under the bus agreeing to a 40% impact fee increase that apparently won’t have the devastating effect on building GWN predicted. LOL sweetie

If they accept they will have given 60% of requested impact fees back to the developer and will impact business significantly less. Gives the triad the out they were searching for. Now we will see how smart and open to compromise they are.
