I hate to be dumb (or dumber), but how do you decide which topic goes under which forum; specifically Villages General Discussion or Non-Villages discussion?

If it's about Chatham in the Villages, it belongs in the Villages discussion. If its about Chatham on Cape Cod, it belongs in the non villages discussion.
