According to our sales agent, The Villages owns two areas that allow families that include kids under 19 to live there, but they are not considered to be part of The Villages. People in the family areas cannot access The Villages amenities.

But there are only two ways someone 19-54 years old is allowed to actually live in that house:
1. There is someone age 55 or older living there too

OR

2. They fall within that 20% category of people who are allowed to live in a house in the Villages even though they're under 55.

True, and since they are supposedly way under the 20% the second condition you mention applies.

Anyone over 19 can buy here and live here. Heck, they can even rent out rooms in their home to other 19 year olds by the week or whatever since there is no rental restrictions here.
