I believe is 'owner' and 'non-owner'

Yes. If your name is on the deed you are an owner. If someone lives with you who is not on the deed he/she is a non-owner and must reapply for a card every three years.

I think it is explained in this "Our Place" article.

Have a question concerning Blue card. Three IDs and proof of address is needed to get a non-resident card. What are the 3 IDs and how does that differ from proof of address.

Called the District Gov Office today and the answer I got was off the wall!! Must have been a Team B member!!

Peggy .... driver's license, bank statement, social security statement worked for us. The 'blue' person needs to go with the 'green' person ... i.e. person on the deed should accompany the person not on the deed.

Basically "official" docs that show the person's name and The Villages address. Maybe one needs to be a photo ID?

You musta called at lunchtime!!!

Was told drivers' license, bank statement from First Citizens, Sun Trust, or
Bank of America (Wachovia/ Wells Fargo and BB&T don't count?) also pay stub IF he works within The Villages (what??) A student ID from LSCC isn't acceptable (these are usually photo IDs) He is 21.

Starting to loose that Villages warm fuzzy feeling.

Thanks Villages 07
