Default Villages Lists

One thing I notice is a lot of repeat questions -

What if the admins set up a list area - and items are kept in something like a google doc? Things like

* Check list for a new pool
* Golf cart features
* List of landscapers, pool companies, cleaners, exterminators, installers of concrete landscape edging, etc?

Default Above ground propane tank

I searched for this and could not find an answer.
In the areas without natural gas (say Brownwood) - are above ground propane tanks allowed for things like fireplace, grill, pool heater?

I know some people have underground propane tanks and have homeowners.... - but I had a house sale fall through because of an underground (in NJ) - the environmental potential for a leak made the home uninsurable.

Propane tanks for gas appliances (stove/oven), pool heaters, etc., must be buried.
