I was in Chitty Chatty on Sunday and they were working on houses even on the weekend and they are going up fast over there, later drove over to DeLuna and seemed to be a lot of workers over there also.

The only change I know of, and of course the COVID-19 issue is VERY fluid, is that I just received a notice from The Villages warranty department that they are still accepting warranty inspection reports and issues still need to be turned in to the Warranty department prior to the anniversary of your closing, but they are as of today only sending workers out to repair EMERGENCY issues, like no hot water, no A/C, plumbing leaks, etc.

All non emergency repairs will be fixed as usual after this crisis has abated. They will not come out now within a few days to fix minor non- emergency issues, but will get to them later.

As of now, we are still doing warranty inspections, while taking ALL CDC precautions. We have taken both the course and exam for COVID-19 Safety guidelines for Home Inspectors.

Of course, when and if the Government tells us to stop, we will do so, and if any of our customers want to reschedule we understand. We have and use all PPE masks, etc., and are practicing social distancing.

As of now, the Warranty department still expects all issues to be turned into their department within the normal usual timeframe, (before the anniversary of your closing).

Hope that helps!
