If there is any doubt, just look at the sales center in Brownwood.

That place wasn't built for a build out occurring in 1 1/2 years!

All the sales offices in TV were built with another purpose in mind when a sales office was no longer needed. The first sales office is now Hacienda recreation center. When the La Reina building opened in the early 2000's as a sales office, it was rumored that it would eventually become a hotel. Citizens Bank at Southern Trace opened as a sales office in 2000. The same will happen to the sales center in Brownwood.

Walt Disney World could become one giant Villages Rec Center.

Have you been inside this sales office....it is not something that was built for a short period of time.

Can I ask why you would want it to continue to expand? What do you see getting better with more expansion?

The development I just moved out of had the builder pull out about a year and a half before we sold our house. The neighborhood had a home owners association that tried to maintain everything(I was on the board) like the builder did but we had no money and no clout to keep the neighborhood up as well as the builder and people started parking their motorhomes in their front yards, building junky looking sheds in their backyards, not maintaining their lawns and on and on. The builder gave up his exclusive building rights so new homes were being built in styles that didn't match the existing neighborhood. $200,000 homes with deeper setbacks were being built next to $1,000,000 homes ruining views that wouldn't have been ruined if the original developer had continued building.

So, I want the builder to keep building for all the things he does that most people are unaware of. He wants to sell more homes so he will keep everything up to snuff with rules in place and lawyers and money to defend them so new home buyers will think it is a great, safe, clean place to live that has rules that people follow that make the whole development a better place for everyone.

Maybe 10 years from now. In the meantime, I think it will be the sales center for all the new houses that will be built in Fruitland and south of CR-44

This Developer will continue to buy land and build as long as the land is reasonably priced. You can see that some properties were skipped and TV was built around them and my educated guess is that the land was priced too high. Any land contiguous to TV has the potential to become part of TV in the future if it can be purchased at a reasonable price.
