I think a few well placed cardboard cut-outs, propped up along the MMPs of that dude will get people to slow down.
Same idea as the empty 20 year old Sumter County Crown Vics parked along Buena Vista.

Have not seen empty Crown Vics for awhile perhaps they were replaced by the cut outs?

Im sure this has been given serious thought as to the efficiency of this program. Who is going to regulate the guns to make sure they are accurate? Golf caarts chasing golf carts. Sorry..I cant stop laughing. It will be fun to see Barney, Andy and maybe Golmer and Goober in action. If they do a good job maybe they will send a drunken Otis to golf cart jail.

Once they get the speed under control maybe they will issue breathalyzers and set up some check points to try them out.
