there is a sidewalk(on either side of the road). Not addressing this makes it sound as if it's okay no matter what....that would be grossly incorrect and if a person doesn't know they shouldn't respond.

TV is by far the best place to ride a bike I have ever lived.

It requires caution to safely walk, ride a bike, or drive a vehicle in any reasonably developed area .

Even more perplexing is somebody parking their car in a diamond lane. I saw that today on Chula Vista Ave
