Default Walking paths

I have done a search and am still confused.
There is a walking path directly behind our new homesite.
Are bicycles allowed on it? I know that golf carts are not (especially since the entrances are blocked by spaced stanchions).
Thanks!

When we walk on a hiking/biking trail, we always keep to the right and the bikes pass to our left.

On the VERY rare cases when we walk on an MMP, we keep to the left so we can see the carts coming toward us.
