Did anyone see a woman pushing a golf cart with a small dog from Best Buy to Southern Trace a few days ago?

Something is wrong here. Your title refers to a Walmart shopping cart. Your too short posting refers to pushing a golf cart.

One thing wrong is asking this at 5:47 am. It must have been a shopping cart, but how does one figure out how someone is starting from Best Buy and going all the way to Southern Trace, and how would someone even do that?

Not uncommon see shopping carts hundreds of yards or miles for store. People who don’t have vehicles push the shopping carts to or near there houses, back road along 301 cross railroad by goodwill good example, see them along tracks all time

What color was the dog? Tell me and I will let you know if that was the dog I saw that was pushing the golf cart.
