Thanks again all. It has been a long search for both me and my wife finding just the perfect place for us to retire to.
We can not wait to get settled in. As we said, after the closing we will be upgrading some things, then plan on buying a room of furniture at a time.

Us too, us too. Our house is sold and we will be heading down July 1st!!

No home yet, but I know its in TV somewhere--just gotta find it!! Hadley or Hemmingway here we come!!
