Default CWS window repair?

One of my windows seems like it has come out of the track. I cannot get it to go up more than a couple of inches and it is extremely difficult to push down enough to rotate the locks. The window seems to shift left to right or back and forth in the track.
Is there a trick to getting it to work right?
Is there a window repair person/company that handles CWS?

The spring(s) in the side of the window is broke. CWS is a company in Ocala that has workers in the villages most days. I called the warranty department to get their phone number. They came within a week and repaired the window for a very reasonable cost. Great company.

I too would suggest calling warrenty. They are amazingly helpful and can direct you to the installer or even tell you how to fix things if they are an easy fix. Better yet, some of the installing companies are more than fair...much more than fair.

They want to keep the builder using them.
