Does any in The Villages have a good upholster that can replace the springs and fabric of an antique queen Ann chair? Grandmother’s chair and would like it make into something useful.

I would suggest you determine if it has real antique value or just sentimental value. We've all seen those shows. If, you hadn't reupholstered it, it was worth twice as much.

Furniture, tends to be of the same quality throughout. Looking at the exposed legs will indicate the original quality. Good re-upholstery is going to be expensive.
