They did quite a bit on the house in the last few days. The screened lanai was installed, and railings were put on the cement pad off the lanai because of the height of the drop off our lanai. They also painted the exposed cement on the bottom of the house white. Today they laid all the floor tile. I don't know if the showers have been tiled as well, because we can't walk on it yet. They still need to grout yet though. Here's a few pics:

It is looking good and moving all fast. I am sure you can't wait to get in there and give it your own personal touch.

PR1234- We have since moved to a 2 bedroom villa in Poinciana. We stayed at La Hacienda hotel for a month, and the room started feeling really small to us after that. We started calling it the cell!!!! Honestly, the rooms were quite nice for the price...it's just a long time to be in one room (even if the room is a really good size!). The people at the hotel were very nice, and it was really convenient to Spanish Springs. We could walk down to the square at night.

They grouted the tile, so we weren't able to walk in there yesterday. They installed the cabinets today, and the HVAC went in also. They started putting the shelving in the closets too. They mudded the shower floor and installed the seat in the shower. Expect that they will tile the showers tomorrow.

The countertops and all the sinks went in yesterday. They also installed the sprinkler system getting ready to put the sod down. The house should be pretty much done before we have to leave next Saturday to head back to Michigan to get our stuff out of storage. Only a few more weeks and we get to be in our own home again.

They really did alot in the last two days. The lawn has been put down, the hot water heater and the toilets installed, carpet has been laid, and the mirrors and light fixtures put up. Even the tub in the laundry room has been put in. Here's a few pics:
