It is nothing more then "decoration" at this time. It is the yellow farm house near station 51. When I mov d here in 2010 the rumor was it was a Morse homestead that had been relocated. I never saw anything or was told about the Brinson Perry homestead as in the previous posts.

It needs to be painted.

The house was originally located approximately where McDonald's and Arby's is now located. It was moved from there to its present position when The Villages bought that area to expand into. Read the story posted earlier in this thread.
