Pool with cage
Solar for pool
Granite, crown molding throughout

6. Half bath in all models!!!

Sorry, I went over my limit.
You forgot the most expensive upgrade available, a golf view lot.
Now that really adds to the total price.

Default House options

GG perfect timing, I'm calling my agent today to discuss our April LSV

Looks like a Lantana or Lily( but we would have to stretch back of the house and the garage much more streching in Lily)

1> Tile on diag. except bedrooms ( get upgrade on carpet if avail.)
2> get kitchen option so that we have wall oven, pantry and totally open to living area, also have laundry on the side so we do not have to pass it when coming into the kitchen from garage. ( happens to be exactly what we have in our current house, but we do not have a window in the laundry room or a sink)
3> granite in kitchen and bathrooms
4> SS appliances ( I have to check the models avail and check if they pass muster)
5> if we could, get tray ceiling in master bedroom
6> slider expansion to lanai
7> window treatments (not sure)
8> not sure if we want bathtub in master, if it can come with jets I would get it otherwise might add a jacussi in the back of the house)

Probably some more minor stuff but I'm taking liberties with the number I can list.

1. Pull outs in all cabinets in kitchen and master bathroom.
2. Attic stairs in garage.
3. Larger garage.
4. Tile or hardwood everywhere. No hardwood in kitchen or bath and laundry areas.
5. Solar tubes.

1. Stretch everything as much as possible.
2. 3 car garage stretched as much as possible
3. Pool bath with extra closets
4. View lot
5. bigger lot

Granite and tile and crown molding and those kinds of things I can add later and get a better quality and selection then the builder grade TV provides. Their granite selection is somewhat limited. The edge designs are very limited.

If and when we ever make it to TV as frogs:

1. As big a garage(s) space as is physically possible! (Imagine that!!)
2. House orientation (prefer north or east facing lanai)
3. No kissing lanais
4. Stretched lanai
5. CBS construction or poured walls

But most importantly.........it just needs to be in TV!!

The lots tend to be larger and pie shaped so you have more privacy. Since a cul-de-sac is essentially a "dead end" street, you don't need to worry about speeders zooming by as you back out of the driveway. It also gets very little traffic so it is very quiet.

I would choose if I could...

Golf cart garage or three car garage.

Any stretches I could get on lanai.

Any stretches in the home, it is cheaper than trying to buy storage options later to stretch in the building phase.

Privacy behind the home.

Block and stucco
