A Canadian goose could be any goose from Canada...and if there was more than one goose, an English major would say that the plural of Goose (which is Geese) should be used
so there you have it...Canadian Geese is an acceptable description!!
besides, how could anyone actually determine whether a specific bird was a Canada Goose, or part of a flock of a Canadian Geese (a.k.a. snowbirds) on their way home?
